Alusolutions s offers variety of aluminum processing and assembly services in its three manufacturing facilities in Turkey, Poland and China.
01.
Laser cutting
For getting complex shapes of the components, laser cutting is essential operation.
In all our facilities we have sheet metal lasers that allow cutting sheet metal material. The working area is up to 2000x6000mm, and can cut up to 40mm thick material. The lasers are up to 10KW.
02.
Tube and profile laser service
In serial production to maintain precision on profiles and tube components, we use tube laser with autoloading system. This profile cutter can do up to 273mm round tube and 200x200mm rectangular tube, and the wall thickness up to 14mm.
03.
Bending
Production of platforms and other tower internals often implies bending operation. Our most powerful bending press is 2300KN and with the length over 6000mm. Our technical experts have good experience in design of bending fixtures for all kinds of components.
04.
Rolling
For the round shapes of sheet material the rolling equipment is essential part of production. Our rolling machine can do up to 1000mm parts. We design the fixtures for customers products and produce them inhouse.
05.
Welding
Our welding shops are set up for manual, robot and rotator welding. Depending on the seria of the product and product complexity, we can offer different welding levels. We have MIG/MAG and TIG welding machines. Our welders are qualified to weld carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
06.
Machining
We can also do machining of metal components inhouse. Our CNC machining centers can handle the components up to 1500x850x720mm with maximum weight of 1700kg. We also have reliable local subcontract base for machining.
07.
Surface treatment
We have audited and qualified subcontract partners for all types of surface treatments: painting, galvanizing, anodizing, metalizing. We have been working with our partners on most demanding products, that have up to C5 corrosion protection class.
08.
Assembly
Many our customers require assembly operation, that implies inhouse production, purchasing of the components and assembly operation according to customers needs. We have experienced project managers that take responsibility for the whole process, understanding the customer requirements, arrange supply of materials and components, following up on the production and final assembly of the product.
